Manage Now is a web based tracking system that can capture information about non conformances raised manually or automatically (for example from our Audit Now or Monitor Now solutions). Manage Now also works on internal networks and even on a stand alone PC. The system allows a full action audit trail to be maintained and automatically prioritises and escalates non conformances, food technology and production issues.
 
When non conformances are logged in the system they can be automatically be assigned to staff with the relevant expertise to deal with the issue. The system then tracks all actions taken as well as the cost and time involved and provides valuable business intelligence information.
